Even though I am primarily known for being the 'photo lady' and work with photographs - my actual background is much wider and encompassing not only photography but audio and written history. As I've studied and worked extensively within the broader Humanities as a Communication professional in Washington State for most of my life and career I therefore with The "Storyteller’s Vault" is much more as I have also collected items related to the photograph collection such as history articles, out of publication books and newspaper articles, dictation notes from the oral histories I've personally conducted as well as written stories and display narratives behind some of the most iconic shots—turning "Shadow Catcher" moments into written legacy as well. Oral history video drafts, photographer's notes, historic advertisements, photos, and various other valuable and interesting things within my collections.
